Challenges faced by the Client

As a part of its organization-wide digital transformation strategy, the financial institution was targeting to simplify their develop, test and release processes. The original estimated time for this transformation was 17 months. This time span was the challenge. The CIO wanted to expedite this transformation. @AgileSoft recommended establishing a Test Center of Excellence, that would help reduce implementation time as well as defect leakage into production.
